Return & Exchange Policy

Iqra khalid studios unfortunately does not have return and refund policy, however exchange of articles is possible under conditions:

-In terms of a faulty article, please provide pics and videos of the faulty/damaged article please contact us at support@iqrakhalid.com and our customer service representative will help you with the exchange process.

-In case of ordering a wrong size, you can contact our customer service representative and the item will be replaced with a new order with only a small amount delivery fee. Please note that all exchanges are subject to availability of the item.

-There is no return policy for a wrong size. However if you need assistance regarding the sizes we have our size chart attached below the article descriptions to help you select articles with correct sizes.
